brings 43 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in nearly every role imaginable — including Realtor, lender, operations manager, and owner of a mortgage processing company. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on the entire real estate transaction and allows her to truly understand the needs of agents, lenders, and clients.
For the past eight years, Denise has focused on title insurance with Settlement Engine, helping real estate professionals navigate smooth residential and commercial closings across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and Ohio.
Denise also enjoys connecting with others in the industry in creative ways. She hosts a YouTube channel where she cooks and bakes alongside lenders, Realtors, and other real estate professionals, mixing great conversation with great food.
On a personal note, Denise spent 22 years as a dedicated single mom, raising her children while building her career. Today she is happily remarried to her husband Jason, and together they share a blended family of three children and three bonus children, who mean the world to her.
